Sarah & Ash's Love Story!
Ash and I met at work, where we both worked as Radiographers on the Gold Coast. We made the move to Tamworth recently, seeking the country lifestyle I grew up with.
As soon as Ash proposed we knew we didn’t want to wait too long to get married! Having already made up our minds to be married in my parents garden, we set the date, a short 6 months away.
Our biggest concern about a garden wedding was the weather, although completely out of our control. We opted for a completely weatherproof marquee with a timber floor, just in case. And luckily we did, as it poured rain on our Wedding day! Regardless, it was perfect! We had plenty of room for our ceremony in the marquee which then transformed into our dance floor. All our guests remained dry and warm and it was such a lovely atmosphere amongst the fairy lights!
Although the day didn’t go exactly to plan, we wouldn’t change a thing! We were fortunate to have such a supportive group of vendors, willing to embrace the changes!
