Andrew & Keeley's Magical Journey!

10x33 Clear & Silk Marquee

Andrew and I got married on the 8th of April 2023 on our farm. It was incredibly special getting married at our home where we have built our wonderful life together.

Andrew and I met at the very beginning of 2018, all thanks to Tinder haha. We soon realised I was actually working on his farm for a local agronomist checking his cotton crops for pests.

We quickly bonded over our many similarities, and it didn’t take long before I was spending many late nights on the spray rig next to him. It’s safe to say we both fell in love with one another quite quickly.

For our wedding, we had a big guest list of over 200 of our closest friends and family and it was amazing to have everybody in one spot. It was made even more special to share our special day with our 6 month old daughter Matilda.

We had an inch of rain the day before our wedding which was slightly terrifying as the ground was already quite moist from rain the week prior. Our ceremony location thankfully dried out by the day, however under the marquee was very wet and sloshy!

Thankfully our guests took all of this in their stride and although a few pairs of shoes were ruined, it didn’t seem to ruin the atmosphere or spirit of anybody at all!

The high stress levels of having a wedding on our own farm were quickly balanced out by amazing vendors such as Gold Event Hire. No amendment to our initial booking was ever too much trouble – Katy, Courtney, Charlie and the team were always happy to accommodate our changing quantities of items right up until our big day. We can’t thank them enough!

Our wedding was the most amazing party ever – we can’t wait to look over to our house dam where we said “I do” or even just in our backyard where we held our reception and remember how special it was having this big day right here. Marrying your best friend – nothing beats it!
